Service Crew

Job description

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly for new guests.
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the club.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Job Requirement

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or club setting, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest service.
