SHIPPING EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Must Possess at least Diploma or its equivalent
• Min 1-2 yrs. of Working experience in related field required. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Good Communication skills
• Knowledge in Export & Import documentation
• Experience in shipping documentation such as negotiation, customer service, inventory, etc.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarinis a must.
• Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily shipment/delivery requirement
• Prepare necessary supporting import/export documents
• Liaising with shipping agent and customer on all related matters
• Check export L/C and issue amendment list
• Prepare all related shipping documentation such as: Invoices, Packing list, B/L, AWB, C/O and other relevant shipping documents.
• Coordinate with 3PL to arrange shipment.
