Shipping Officer (Up to $3200 / 5 days / Pioneer)

Job Title: Shipping Officer (ID1511)
Location: Pioneer (Company Transport: Paya Lebar / Woodlands / Jurong East)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3200

Job Description
• Coordinate Advice customer service on shipping methods.
• Assemble, gather and document for shipping and conform to Trade Regulatory
• Maintain and manage filing on all outgoing orders
• Respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues.
• Assist Shipping Executive in Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes.
• Downloading Z-Packing and creation of Gate-pass
• Cost Center allocations by Business Unit via Gate-pass
• Booking of shipment to Freight Forwarders
• Updating of data and requirement into SAP and our tracking Systems
• Coordinate and respond to meet customers shipping requirements
• Handling order fulfilment accurately Liaise with warehouse for packing instructions
• Process customers' orders to support the day to day logistics operations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders on Shipment Bookings

Requirement:
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Shipping preferred.
