SITE MANAGER

Job Description

• Manage the site works
• Planning, Supervising & Coordinating Project
• Ensure quality work is being achieved
• Ensure safety regulations are being complied with
• Attend site meeting
• Monitor the site progress and have good knowledge in project management to ensure project is scheduled to complete in time
• Raise the RFI to Main Contractor
• 5.5 days work (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm)

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Mininum 5 years experience
• Relevant experience in RC structure works
• Strong skills to control the site progress
• Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
