Site Project Coordinator (Dip / 2 Yrs Exp / Civil / East)

Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues proactively.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
• Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the Project Manager when necessary, providing updates and representing the project team's interests.
• Assist in the coordination of project logistics, including equipment rentals, material deliveries, and site access.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and receipts, and assist in budget tracking and cost control efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in any construction field or related
• Minimum 2 years of M&E background
• Have experience in ACMV
