Software Application Tech Lead

As Tech Lead, you will own the architectural decisions and lead the technical solutions for our team.

Your role involves simplifying complex technical challenges, driving agile design, and collaborating closely with team members to develop scalable, future-proof solutions.

You will champion engineering best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment, while actively coaching the team in technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Design the product's technological architecture.
• Guide teams on coding practices, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Responsible for technical design and resolving technical impediments.

Mentorship and Coaching:

• Mentor and coach the team, particularly in code reviews.
• Hands-on involvement in coding and problem-solving.
• Partner with Product Owner for technical alignment and story creation

Quality and Innovation:

• Drive innovation in solving technical problems and designing solutions.
• Implement software engineering practices for improved code quality.

Requirements:

• Expert in technical domains/products with deep insights into new technologies.
• 5-7 years of experience, with 2-3 years as a technical lead.
• Strong skills in frontend (React/Next.js, AngularJS) and backend development (Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x).
• Experience in mobile development (React Native/Flutter) and cloud services (Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes).
• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field.
• Agile development experience and strong communication skills.
