The Opportunity

该职位概括 (Your role in a nutshell):

• 根据中心的政策、指南、框架和理念实施课堂教学计划。 (Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.)
• 指导小学生 (Primary 1 to 6) 完成每日作业。 (Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework)
• 准确记录孩子的进步，并尽最大能力满足每个孩子的教育和发展需求。(Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.)
• 负责教学资源的准备和维护，以及教室的布置、外观和学习环境。(Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.)
• 与孩子和家长保持融洽的关系。(Maintain a harmonious relationship with children and parents.)
• 成为一个具有创造力精神和积极心态的鼓舞人心榜样。(Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a positive mindset.)
• 确保学生安全及时地从学校转移到我们的中心。(Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to our centre)
• 确保中心内儿童的安全。(Ensure safety of children within our premise)
• 执行中心管理层委派的其他临时性任务。(Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Management)

The Talent

• 大专文凭 (Diploma Holder)
• 具备学生托管中心/幼儿园工作经验1年以上 (Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a Student Care Centre / Preschool.)
• 能够理解小学课程的核心内容并监督完成作业 (Capable to comprehend the core content of primary school curriculum and oversee the completion of homework)
• 对儿童发展和教育充满热情 (Passion for child development and education)
• 适应性强、灵活性和面对变化的应变能力 (Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of change)
