Job Summary:

The System Infrastructure Engineer (IT) supports and maintains infrastructure operations, monitors performance, and resolves technical issues. This role leads high-impact projects, prioritizes tasks, ensures effective resource use, and implements projects within budget. Responsibilities include addressing complex issues, recommending improvements, and having excellent critical thinking and teamwork skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Planning and Design

• Assist in planning and designing infrastructure systems.
• Document design and planning activities.

Infrastructure Operations

• Install systems per design specifications.
• Ensure operations meet service standards.

Maintenance

• Conduct maintenance and implement agreed changes.

Performance Optimization

• Tune and optimize hardware and software performance.
• Participate in development activities and infrastructure testing.
• Gather performance data for capacity planning and reporting.
• Pilot and test new tools and technologies.

Incident Resolution

• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Simulate and resolve user problems.
• Ensure follow-up and recommend system modifications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Microsoft Azure experience is a plus.
