- Work with leaders: Reporting to the People and Culture Director, you work with the CEO and team leaders to address the TA/recruiting needs by aligning with business objectives, developing TA strategy and delivering hiring plans;
- Oversee hiring: you are the go-to person responsible for all TA-related matters;
- Manage a team: manage and mentor junior members of the team;
- Improve recruiting operations: define and monitor metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency
- End-to-end hiring for some roles.
- Employer branding: lead and own employer branding and talent attraction initiatives;
- Campus hiring:
- Oversee campus hiring and build relationships with local universities and polytechnics;
- Participate in and organize campus and industry events.
- Improve hiring capability: improve talent pipelining, marketing mapping, and assessment methodologies; - Ad hoc projects: manage talent programs.
