Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets
• Develop new business and service existing clientele
• Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants
• Achieving monthly team target

Additional Information:

• 4-8 years of recruitment sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual & team sales targets
• Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
• Experience in managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership capability to develop your team’s strengths and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets monthly.

• Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI Basic) is a must
