Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)

Responsibilities

1. Review and execute job orders daily.
2. Identify electrical problem areas that need replacement or repair.
3. Perform repair or replace wiring when necessary.
4. Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly.
5. Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs.
6. Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
7. Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs.
8. Install and/or repair items such as water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
9. Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.
10. Maintain and store tools and equipment properly.
11. Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.

Requirement

• With experience in electrical knowledge in wiring, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances.
• Plumbing knowledge includes the ability to repair plumbing leaks, breaks, clogged.
• Lines and drains and maintain septic systems.
• ‌Positive attitude, willingness to learn, & work independently 
• ‌6 days’ work (Public holiday & Sun off)
• Able to communicate clearly in English and write simple English.
• Maths skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide each unit of measurement.
