Ticketing Executive (Customer Service/ Central/ WFH/ Up to $3.5k)

My client, a well-established travel agency firm, is seeking an Operations Executive to join their team. You will play a key role in handling ticketing and operation work.

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires from different branches.
• Handle travel operations: Group reservations, Ticketing, Visa arrangements.
• Recommend hotels, restaurants, and transportation options based on customers' preferences and interests.
• Invoicing, refund of air tickets, chasing outstanding invoices

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business relevant qualifications.
• Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in operation/customer service/admin-related roles.
• Candidates who are from travel industry will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
