Roles and responsibilities

1. Supervise the Bread team by ensuring that tasks given to them are completed in a quick and safe manner.
2. Responsible for the quality, taste and presentation of the food in accordance to the standards.
3. Responsible for the development of recipes, the post-launched evaluation and revision.
4. Ensure that adequate resources, i.e. manpower, materials and equipment, are available for the efficient production and presentation of all food and beverage items
5. Ensure accurate use and maintenance of all the production and kitchen equipment.
6. Continuously seek out opportunities for cost cutting and efficiency though review, analysis and feedback.
7. Ensure high food hygiene standards in the kitchen.
8. Supervise Bread team staff to ensure that they perform their jobs.
9. Provide training to upgrade the skills of Bread team and ensure they have good product knowledge.
