Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support our operations by managing the follow of goods within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, picking, and packing orders efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Handle the receiving, storing, and issuing of stocks within the warehouse, maintaining meticulous records of stock quantities and location to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and effectively reconcile any discrepancies that may arise.
• Order Fulfilment: Assist in picking, packing, and delivering orders as required, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfilment.
• Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the warehouse, including maintaining cleanliness and organization to uphold a safe and efficient working environment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols within the warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments, particularly finance department, to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level graduates.
• hysical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry goods, e.g. 10kg/per carton.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are picked and packaged accurately
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using emails, Excel, and the Microsoft Navision System.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
