Warehouse Coordinator/Officer - Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse, purchasing, and logistics operations
• Manage efficient receipt and delivery of inbound and outbound orders
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure proper product movement and storage
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Verify accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
• Process delivery documents, invoices, and delivery notes
• Conduct regular stock takes, inventory counts, and safety stock planning
• Deliver goods to customers
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to address operational challenges
• Evaluate warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and vehicles

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, ERP system
• Strong team work skills.
