Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support

· Record, update and maintain trackers for operational daily and weekly reporting

· Verify and archive documentations for warehouse inbound and outbound operations

· Ensuring Singtel open cases are closed properly

· Preparation of DO

· Do daily/weekly inventory checks

· Ensuring proper documentation filling (Eg; DO, PO)

· In charge of Singtel’s customer services product exchanges

· Liaising closely with contractors through call/emails

· Support on ad-hoc requests for operational needs

Job Requirement

· Able to multitask

· At least 1 year of experience in the logistic industry

· Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, Outlook

· Team player
