Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Supervisor to manage warehouse & logistics operations including management of material handlers, drivers and warehouse security
• Plan, provide and conduct training to new members. Maintain close communication with members including regular briefing. Help to oversee the housekeeping, cleanliness, safety and discipline and wellbeing of workers.
• Oversee the daily collection & delivery schedule as well as monthly/ weekend OT arrangement for staffs
• To manage and communicate with customer & Planner
• Control & monitor daily MH & driver operation (incoming/receiving, finished goods, packing, documentation and delivery)
• To manage, update and compilation of warehouse related work instructions, procedures safety checklists, housekeeping duty roster, risk assessments and other work-related documentations
• To manage receive goods are in proper and good condition, incoming goods quantity & documents abnormality. Report any abnormalities immediately to customer & planner
• To manage incoming receiving procedures and outgoing packing procedures
• To manage resource for daily operation

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Preferably experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics
• Preferably with class 3 driving license
• Sense of urgency, problem solving skill, eye for details, good team leader, meticulous

Shift Type / Work Hours

• Normal Shift (5 days work week)
• 7.50am to 4.55pm
