Warehouse Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• To lead a team of warehouse assistants in warehousing and daily operations.

• Ensure quality of shipment is maintained in keeping with schedules

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure standard practices in the warehouse

• Plan and coordinate across functions to facilitate successful and on time daily deliveries

• Carry out periodic cycle counts and annual stock take

• Assist Warehouse with overseas orders and receipt & issuing of all inbound / outbound products.

• To perform analysis on inventory movement & recommend the best inventory management practice

• To plan, develop and implement an effective procedure workflow, train, and coach the team to increase its overall efficiency.

• To liaise & provide support to all respective departments involved in production floor, sales promotion, etc

• To ensure proper security measures are taking place to safeguard of company properties

• To liaise & coordinate with agents, Purchasing department on all inbound shipment activities.

• Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly

• Conduct monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports.

• Any other additional task required as and when by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management

• 4 years' relevant experience in warehouse environment & hands on operations is preferred

• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Pro-active & willingness to take on more responsibility

• Ability to lead & develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment is preferred
