Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to help shape the experience for visitors to Cru Singapore's website. Your attention to detail, creativity and knowledge of information technology would be instrumental in helping someone learn about Jesus Christ or lead a believer to a right resource for his/her spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the organizational vision and mission on the web
• Evaluates current websites and recommends a strategic web plan
• Creates long-term, sustainable processes to manage web pages and content
• Reviews, monitors and updates the navigation architecture to improve usability
• Develops code and styling to improve appearance and functionality
• Proactively and consistently manages and edits existing site content based on key bible verses and Christian testimonies
• Monitors usage analytics and implements strategies to improve search engine results

As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing websites and content, and in strategic web planning
• Bible knowledge
• Experience with CMS (WordPress, AEM)
• Experience or working knowledge of front-end development languages (such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Alignment with the doctrinal articles of faith and the general rules in the Statement of Faith of our company
