(JCOC) Accounts Executive – GL - $4500

• Basic UP $4500 (W Exp) + Site Allowance + Transport Allowance +AWS + VB
• 5 Days (Mon – Fri), 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Jurong Island -Transport Provided: Jurong East/Lakeside MRT

Your Responsibilities: -

• Analyze balance sheet open items and review journal and ledger entries for accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure timely capitalization of fixed assets in financial statements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and corporate reporting documents.
• Prepare the Yearly Budgetary Plan twice a year, incorporating financial data and analysis.
• Assist in the annual stocktake process by mapping data, verifying inventory, and generating reports.

You will need: -

• Possess a Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the Excel, Power BI, SAP and Power Query
