Retail Operations Manager (Dip/1YrExp/Central)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations, driving sales growth and profitability through effective implementation of business strategies and outstanding customer service.
• Supervise and lead the sales team on the floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, stock rooms, and display areas, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct on-the-job training for staff, focusing on customer service etiquette, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Efficiently schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize resource utilization and meet business needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Support the development of merchandising strategies, manage the open-to-buy budget, and conduct analysis of stock levels and product assortments.
• Forecast industry trends, select appropriate merchandise and suppliers, and carry out market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
• Must have knowledge or expeience in supplier merchandising
• Ideally possess experience with brandeds
• Ideally possess experience in cosmetics
