Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Objectives:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
• Monitor, and upload tax invoices/credit/delivery notes and track the completeness of the tax invoices via the ERP system to the respective customers’ e-invoicing portals.
• Perform customer verification and set up new accounts.
• Administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.

The Successful Applicant:

• Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 year’s work experience
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
