• Verify building defects and coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs • Attend to enquiries/feedback of building defects and ensure they are rectified to the highest standard • Carry out room inspections during check in/out exercises and set up for events/facilities bookings • Follow-up for contractors' quotations • Other duties to ensure well management of the estate
Requirements
• At least Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management/Building & Construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing buildings and M&E services
