- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly for medical doctors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and effective recruitment methods.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. (With Medical Doctors recruitment experience, added advantage)
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
