Assistant / Manager, Training and Development - Room for Advancement

Job Scope and Responsibilities :

• Conduct needs assessment to support divisional and company business goals and objectives
• Design, develop and implement learning strategies, training matrix and programmes aligned with business needs
• Stand-up delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness
• Plan training calendar
• Conduct in-house training programmes such as WSQ Food Hygiene, Refresher Food Hygiene Training, Job Induction Programme, HACCP, PDPA and Security Briefing ETC.
• Maintain training/ security inspection records and prepare reports/ statistics for monthly presentation
• Support corporate learning and development initiatives 
• Conduct or assist in incident or accident investigation
• Assist in ISO related Audit, or any other certification Audit where applicable to the Business unit
• Support any other task defined by Reporting Officer

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Training / Food and Beverage / Food Science / Food Technology or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training preferable in F&B industry or related field
• Possess WSQ Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/ WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
• Possess Food Safety Course Level 3 Certificate
• Familiar with Training Partner Gateway (TPG)
• Able to conduct training in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written communication skills
• Able to work independently or as a team player
