Business Development Executive - Fast Hire

Job Description

• To promote and sell assigned products to all private clinics/ hospitals and hospitals/ polyclinics/ pharmacies/ key accounts within the territories assigned to you.
• Prepare an action plan and itinerary to identify specific customers to prioritise the area of coverage.
• Develop territories and monitor sales plans to maintain existing accounts and expand customer base to achieve goals and objectives.
• Manages and develops strong long-term relationships with physicians in all assigned territories, and builds close ties with the decision-makers of main hospitals/ polyclinics/ clinics to ensure a continued usage of the company's products.
• Responsible for coordinating and maintaining a high standard of customer service (before & after sales) for assigned brands.
• Assist in organizing medical seminars and public forums, duty at the exhibition booths and carry out promotional activities.
• Aware of market trends to come up with creative methods to generate greater sales.
• Maintain an excellent level of continuous improvement, personal and professional growth to grow territory sales and accomplish territory objectives.
• Write Sales Reports
• To assist the Sales Manager in conducting market research, and to execute sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales turnover and profits.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Must possess own vehicle
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and deliver presentation of products
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Dynamic, independent, pleasant, positive attitude with drive & energy to meet & exceed sales target
• Good interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
