Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic goals, decompose turnover targets, control operating costs, increase operating profits, and be responsible for performance;
2. Follow up the completion of each store according to the task indicators set by the company, and timely adjust and promote each store Store marketing plan to ensure that each region completes the indicators and development plans issued by the company;
3. Responsible for reviewing various work reports submitted by subordinate stores, evaluating work efficiency and handling existing problems, regularly listening to direct subordinates' work reports, and making Provide work evaluation;
4. Responsible for managing and coordinating the working relationship between the store in charge and other cross-departments and making daily decisions;
5. Responsible for guiding, managing and supervising the business work of subordinates in each store, improving work quality and service attitude, and doing a good job for subordinates Personnel performance appraisal, personnel training, etc.;
6. Regularly visit stores daily, weekly, and monthly to check the operating status of each store, provide on-site guidance and make evaluations; 7. Adjust, promote and supervise the implementation of various systems based on the current operating status, and maintain good performance internal communication; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;
2. Have excellent leadership and management skills, be good at communication, have excellent organizational coordination and analysis and judgment skills, excellent professional quality and teamwork spirit ;
3. Proficient in Chinese and familiar with Chinese catering culture
4. High sense of responsibility and goal. Hardworking, possessing a high degree of teamwork and professionalism, strong self-motivation, and willing to challenge and pursue excellence.
5. Able to bring Chinese investment to the company.
