E-Commerce Manager (Fashion Retail Industry/Brand.com Websites)

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a thorough e-commerce strategy that aligns with company objectives.
• Website Management:Supervise the maintenance and enhancement of the e-commerce platform to ensure an intuitive user experience.
• Traffic and Conversion:Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to strategize and execute digital campaigns aimed at boosting website traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
• Inventory and Fulfillment: Work in tandem with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various web analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and generate regular reports.
• Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and promptly address any issues encountered during the online shopping experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, offering guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years e-commerce managerial experience in similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web development.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and web development.
