Fashion Retail Sales Associate

We are a Singapore womenswear designer label and is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day operations, including administrative, sales support, and housekeeping. As our team is small, the candidate needs to be highly versatile and flexible to respond to the ever-changing environment, needs and demands.
• Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Build customer relations and cultivates customer loyalty.
• Increase retail sales and achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Completing all assigned duties and ensure the concept store is always in good and excellent appearance.
• Handle customer issues, resolutions and escalate the issues to the store supervisor.      
• Coordinate delivery and pick up, preparing documentation & paperwork to ensure accuracy of clothing details.
• Inventory management.
• Cashiering and reconciling end-of-day sales

Requirements:

• Min. O/N level.
• 1-year working experience in retail preferred.
• Preferred skill(s): Prior brand & shop management & concept stores sales experience will be to the candidate’s advantage.
• Experienced and able to manage POS systems and online store platforms.
• Digitally savvy and able to handle customers’ enquiries via online chat/ calls will be to the candidate's advantage.
• Strong interest in Fashion.
• Proactive, motivated, self-directed, and independent. 
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a fast learner.
• Possess excellent communication skills, a good attitude, and be able to work independently or as a team.
