📍 Location: East / Sentosa / Central

🗓️ Working days: 5 Days work week (44hours/week)

• 3 shift patterns (dependent on locations):
• A shift: 7.30am to 5pm /7am to 4.30pm
• B shift: 1 to 10.30pm /1.30pm to 11pm
• C shift: 10pm to 7.30am /10.30pm to 8am /11pm to 8.30am

💰 Salary: $2500 - $3200/month + Flexi benefit $1,000/year + Meal allowance $4/working day

💥16 days AL + 2 days family care leave + 1 day birthday leave + VB

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver courteous and efficient service, striving to fulfill each guest's requests promptly. Answer all telephone calls within three rings.
• Familiarize yourself with all room types, hotel rates, and their availability; actively engage in upselling.
• Take ownership of issues and promptly address guest complaints.
• Ensure guest room security and familiarity with emergency procedures.
• Acquire knowledge about hotel facilities, city attractions, and events. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with all hotel personnel.

Job Requirement:

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Min Diploma in any discipline OR have at least 2 years of front desk experience.
