Key Account Management Executive

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in either Medical Sales, infant nutrition / formula or nursing.
• Must be familiar with healthcare industry
• Highly driven and people-oriented
• Able to work under stress and adverse environment
• Able to communicate effectively
• High level of initiative
• Sociable and confident, able to communicate with all levels of authority

Descriptions

• Directly responsible for promoting Cordlife’s services/products to gatekeeper audiences from the medical field
• Directly responsible for delivering enquiry-generation targets from assigned territories
• Directly responsible for maintaining and subsequently increasing enquiry generation
• Directly responsible for increasing market share in assigned territories
• Develop and continual fostering of rapport with O&Gs and relevant hospital’s staff to secure client referrals and support through daily work and networking activities
• Provide regular training to relevant hospital’s staffs and healthcare professionals in assigned territories.
• Project management of maternity hospital related events
• Participate in sales & marketing plan to expand company’s business.
• Participate in product launches and seminars to promote and increase market share of products
• To ensure timely submission of weekly / monthly reports.
• To ensure clinic camping schedule in assigned territories are obtained and maintained.
