Logistics Executive (Seafreight)

5 days/week; West; Basic up to $3400

Job Details:

• Manage shipping documentation, including permits and invoices, ensuring accuracy. 
• Process import/export declarations and compile necessary documents for job orders. 
• Coordinate logistics operations and transactions. Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Assist with administrative tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirement:

• Experience in seafreight documentation
• Knowledge in incoterm, familiar with portnet & tradenet

Logistics Executive

5 days/week, City Hall area (Occasionally, need travel down to warehouse at Changi area)

Basic up to $3200

Job Details:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop delivery schedules for new product launches and restock requests, ensuring compliance with internal shipping guidelines.
• Oversee the import process for finished goods from the country of origin to the local warehouse.
• Coordinate with the local warehouse to organize products for pick and pack operations.
• Manage the export of products to various stakeholders across the distribution network.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses through periodic cycle counts and disposal procedures.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costs for raw material import shipments.
• Work closely with the Events Team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of promotional materials.
• Perform picking, packing, and arranging courier shipments as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and optimize logistics costs.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, including assisting with process implementation, monitoring performance, and ensuring service level commitments and costs are maintained.
• Verify billing invoices from third-party logistics providers.
• Prepare fortnightly product availability reports for stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirement:

• Knowledge of freight forwarding procedures for import & export
• Knowledge of Incoterm
• Willingness to support inventory check, pick & pack at warehouse
