Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• This position will prepare you for supervising and management skills in the area of marketing, operation management, customer service and sales.
• Familiarize with Company's Quality Management System and ensure its effective application
• Oversees daily consolidation operations
• Liaise with customer on operation issues
• Assist in development strategy plans
• Understand each departments' daily processes and goals
• Participate in company's strategic planning
• Administration support and other ad hoc assignments.
• Comprehensive on the job training provided
