Manager, IT Security Operations - Competitive Pay

Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services industry, seeks a manager in IT Security Operations to join their team. You will play a vital role in safeguarding the organization's assets against cyber threats. The ideal candidate would have progressed from Information Security roles to leadership positions within small teams.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Threat Vulnerability Management and Incident Response efforts
• Oversee the organization's security posture and ensuring the implementation of robust information security controls
• Take ownership of Threat Vulnerability Management processes
• Develop and enhance the team's competency and capabilities

Requirements:

• Min 10 years of experience in Information/Cyber Security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in threat & vulnerability management and incident response
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end operations lifecycle
• Ability to automate processes and conduct testing effectively
• Familiarity with information security controls, processes, standards, best practices, and frameworks
• CISSP certification is advantageous
