As a Patient Service Associate (5.5 days), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
• Data entry of Insurance information and medical history.
• Verify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
• Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.
• Process card payments and balance daily cash deposits.
• Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.
• Ensure patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
• Support triage interview to gather patient information for clinical judgment to priority of care.
• Respond to patient queries and concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
• Participate in Patient assessment/screening and registration.
• Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings and medical examinations as needed.
• Provide administrative support for medical records management.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Nitec/ GCE 'N" O levels
• Service ambassador / Customer service oriented
