Position: Sales Campaign Supervisor (Beauty)

Salary: $2,800 - $3,600 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Multiple Locations
Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours, Rotating shift works

As the Sales Campaign Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing engaging roadshow events to promote our beauty products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out and engage the general public.
• Actively participate in all roadshows.
• Consult with prospects and convert possible leads into businesses.
• Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet the target set by the Company.
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity.
• Training / Onboarding of new Roadshow promoters.
• Planning of work schedule for the team.

Requirements:

• Possess GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
• Min 2 years of relevant event management, sales promotions, or retail supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive results.
