Responsibilities:
- Perform registration for Emergency Department Operations’ patients accurately
- Manage billing for patients including payment & deposit collection
- Perform admission and financial counselling for patients who require admission to the hospital
- Handle enquiries and provide customer service for patients
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working Schedule:
- Must be able to perform 3 rotating shift (including weekends and Public Holidays)
- 7am – 2.30pm (morning) / 2pm – 9.30pm (afternoon) / 9.15pm – 7am (night)
