Technical Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets for pump systems and water tanks.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pump systems and water tanks.
• Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, water tanks, and related products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore as required.
