Work Location

📍 Certis Safe Deposit Box – Paya Lebar Branch, Bukit Merah, Jurong East

Working Hours

5 Work Days 2 Off Days

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00AM – 8:30PM
• Sunday: 9:00AM – 6:30PM

Shift schedules will be assigned based on operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests professionally
• Support customers with access to safe deposit box facilities
• Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle payment-related transactions and administrative documentation
• Provide operational and administrative support duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
• Comfortable handling administrative and operational duties
• Able to work weekends and rotating schedules
• Candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or administrative experience are welcome to apply
• Training will be provided for shortlisted candidates
