Our client, a well established MNC in machinery engineering field. They are looking for Administrator to support the Directors and Administrative Manager.

Administrator

• Assist the Operations Administrator as needed
• Liaise with other business units for travel and accommodation requirements
• Assist in purchase order and invoicing for office
• Arrange flights, accommodation and transportation for directors and business trips.
• Contracts preparation, update/maintain executive admin records
• Reception work, receiving and distributing invoices for director

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
