Call Centre [ Up to $2,500 / Ang Mo Kio / 1 year ] (YL) - Energetic Workplace

• Salary – Up to $2,500 
• Location – Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours 
During Training (First 3 Months):
o Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
When go LIVE:
o Shift A: Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
o Shift B: Mon to Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM & Sat – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• 1 Year Contract  (Renewable + Convertible to Permanent)
 

Responsibilities
• Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.  
• Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
• At least 90% of calls, emails and web chat are resolved by the CCOs at first instance without escalation.  
• At least 99% compliance in accuracy with call logging of calls transactions for departmental audits. 
• Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures
• List the pain points and make recommendation for changes/improvements.   
• Able to sense potential issues that may be life threatening, implication to livelihood. Examples i) ability to probe a call from a domestic helper who sound frighten but not open in sharing information perhaps on abuse, ii) a caller from HR asking on retrenchment procedure, compensation relating questions
• Build and maintain positive trust relationship by engaging customers in open interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers, including upskilling to broaden knowledge thus serving many different groups and types of labour related queries  
• To be cross trained in another domain. Ie Specialist in WP will be trained on EP on/or NWP.
• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new govt policies, 

Requirements  
• Ability to recognise Crisis call and react immediately, yet calmly, to crisis situations and quickly build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action. Must demonstrate compassion and understanding for people with potential life-threatening, suicidal, mass retrenchment situations and be able to assess seriousness of such issues.  
• Be able to effectively manage high levels of stress.  Highly motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
Requirements
• Must be Fully Vaccinated with Covid Booster
• MUST be comfortable to take high volume of calls 
• Preferably someone with Call Centre experience
