Clinic Assistant (Pediatric focused), Private Hospital - Start Immediately

• S$3,300 and higher, plus bonus 
• 2+ years of working experience within pediatric clinical experience
• Established Private hospital/ healthcare MNC/ Career progression 
• Understanding of the fast-paced and challenging environment within pediatric clinics.
• Understanding of insurance claims management.

The client, a well-known specialist healthcare MNC that focuses on delivering premium quality services that are dedicated to health and wellness, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of a Clinic Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key contributor to the overall clinic management team. Understand pediatric clinics requirements and is enthusiastic about clinic environments / practices.
• Scheduling of appointments and patient registration. 
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Provide frontline customer service. 
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims.
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection. 
• Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in IT software and skills.
• Proficient in managing and having the knowledge in (medical) insurance claims.
• At least 2 years experience within a Pediatric clinical environment is preferred. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Central 
• Working Days/Hours : 5.5 days/office hours (depending on clinic opening hours & closing hours)
• Salary : S$3,300 and higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
