RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents to as a Customer Care Officer with my client who is the leading Technology Services firm.

Job Description

• Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.  
• Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
• At least 90% of calls, emails and web chat are resolved by the CCOs at first instance without escalation.  
• At least 99% compliance in accuracy with call logging of calls transactions for MOM departmental audits. 
• To be cross trained in another domain. Ie Specialist in WP will be trained on EP on/or NWP.
• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new govt policies, requirements  

Requirements

• Highly motivated with the ability to work without supervision, and manage to handle high level of stress
• Call Centre experience will be advantageous
