Deputy Boutique Manager (Cartier - Changi Airport Terminal 3)

Position Summary

As a Brand Ambassador, he/she efficiently assists the Boutique Manager to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.

Job Description

• To achieve the store Business Goals.
• Assists the Boutique Manager to monitor the boutique KPIs.
• Support Brand / Retail Manager on managerial and operational aspects of the store.
• Support Brand / Retail Manager in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
• To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
• To be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
• To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.

Requirements

• Possesses management and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with business acumen.
• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury/jewellery line.
