Job Description:

● Meet/e-meet clients to understand their requirements and goals for the project.
● Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand
● Preparing relative technical drawings for clients /authority submission
● Preparing quotation based on Company’s guidelines
● Responsibility to choose contractors & supplier suitable to the project
● Work with project coordinator to supervise project progress to ensure good workmanship and completion
● Monitor and manage interior design works for quality 
● Work well with fellow colleagues, contractor, project coordinator, and clients

Qualifications:

● Driven and motivated
● Good communication and interpersonal skill
● Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is required 
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and project teams
● Strong attention to detail and ability to review and approve constructions documents
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive projects forward
● Professional certification is a plus
● Experience working on projects is a plus 
● Experience working with organic design forms
