Executive / Senior Executive (SDDC Diabetes) (Contract) - Get Hired Fast

The Senior Executive is responsible for the coordinating and managing the administrative, operational and system integration for the needs of the projects. 

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining good working relationships and liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners, including NHIC (grantor), SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), Mesh Bio (collaborator) and Synapxe project teams. 
• Facilitating the various milestones of the project, coordinating and supporting project management activities including preparation of proposals and progress reports, seeking necessary approvals, costing/budgeting, grant management. 
• Tracking and reporting of key performance indicators and deliverables for the project.
• Providing administrative support (e.g. organising meetings, etc) to ensure efficient and effective operations of the project. 
• Participate in and/ or take responsibility for any other tasks which support the objectives of the project and department. 

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel 
• Interpersonal and Communication skills 
• Coordination and Organisational skills
