Technician - Generous Compensation

We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our Singapore office and support the growth of our business.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing. 
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work. 
• Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlighting to the reporting manager proactively. 
• Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers and statutory authorities when necessary. 
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services and be on standby during off-duty hours, including going onsite for emergency matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager. 

Job requirements: 

• Over 2 years of work experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing and M&E systems. 
• Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools and carry out works such as painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc. 
• Possess basic computer literacy skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Able to work well independently and in teams. 
• Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment.  
• Able to work on shift.
