TECHNICIAN (UP $3K, TENGAH, 2 YEARS) - Immediate Start

Location: Tengah
Working Hours: work 4 days, rest 4 days, 8am to pm or 8pm to 8am
Salary: $3,000 basic + $34 per night shift allowance + completion bonus
Duration: 2 years contract

Duties:

• Assist in execution of Operations and Maintenance works
• Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and SupervisorsPlan, schedule, executive and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting
• Carry out daily walk-though inspections
• Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools
• Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts
• Promptly investigating and report equipment defects, deficiencies and abnormalities
• May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings to work independently where require

Requirements:

• Diploma in Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration from a recognized institute
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management/Chiller Operation & Maintenance/Plan Process management
• Good analytical and communication skills with positive attitude
• Able to perform shift duties
