Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer training and development activities
Prepare monthly training reports
Involve in annual training plan and review
Administer training budgets and grants
Provide support in other human resource functions
Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM or any other related field
Candidate must have at least 2 years of HR Function experience
