Senior Instructor - Cloud & AI

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in person as well as online with various online delivery tools
• Deliver Microsoft official courses and SkillsFuture accredited courses and conduct required assessments
• Stay abreast with latest Microsoft technologies and certifications
• Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
• Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content
• Present at marketing events
• Stay current with mandated certifications

Job Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (or equivalent-negotiable)
• (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full) or (ACLP) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance preferred
• Certifications in relevant subject areas such as Microsoft, CompTIA and others
• At least 5 years of working experience in the IT field
• Technical skills preferred: Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Cloud or Security Technology
• Strong public presentation and communication skills and a high standard of documentation
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate and read Chinese will be desirable
• Can do/will do attitude
